    Client Deliverables

    Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to use anonymized case studies and portfolio examples.

    5. Payment Terms

    Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

    • A deposit may be required before work commences
    • Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed
    • Late payments may incur additional charges

    Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, financial information, customer data, and any materials marked as confidential.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Blank Canvas Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

    While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic increases, or revenue growth, as these depend on many factors beyond our control.

    8. Termination

    Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

    • Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date
    • All deliverables completed and paid for will be transferred to the client
    • Confidentiality obligations continue after termination

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Delaware, USA.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
